I'll keep posting on this forum with updates over the weekend!! For the seams I just started with a 150 to bring it down and blend than a 220 to smoothen it.

WEBAug 24, 2016 · The foam armor patterns were all off Andrew DFT's YouTube channel, and then I pulled the helmet 3D file from Thingiverse. Full disclosure: we had access to a full machine shop, belt sanders, paint booth, etc. Definitely made the process much easier.
