Yes there is, but it's best to check the latest details from the transit authority to find out where to pick up the bus from the city center, departure times, etc.
It’s around $20 for Adults and $15 for active duty military.My suggestion is to visit during free events and free general admission days! It’s not really worth the $20 entrance fees.

We've stayed at the Hyatt on River Walk, but this last time we stayed at Eilan, which is about 15 minutes from McNay and downtown. It is an excellent resort.
