Yes you can. Turtle beach boat ramp is where you can launch them. Red tide is not in the area.

The walk from parking to the beach is less than 100 yards if you are parking in the lot off midnight pass rd by the beach.

Yes! And it’s a short walk to the beach! Bathrooms as you turn off main road. Showers close to the beach in parking lot.
