Beautiful park with multiple trails. Great views of the Illinois and Mississippi Rivers from the top are worth the effort. A beautiful WPA lodge provides the perfect place for a meal. Full review by 120DanielA

Correct answers from others Do not believe there is a kitchenette in cabins. Grills outside. Nice restaurant in Lodge and lots of dining options just a couple miles away in Grafton.
It depends on your definition of good kayaking. You are near the meeting of three great rivers (Mississippi, Illinois, and Missouri). Lots of water available.
