Absolutely amazing. There is a shuttle for £2 each way that helps with the walking. Well worth it. Gift shop has reasonable items and the cafe was adorable with piping hot pasties.Full review by TortiCat

I think you can, while I was sat on a bench there enjoying the view , more than one dog passed me, all on leads, so I would say yes, as long as they are under control.
