Which is the best tent camp site with water/electric for 2 large tents? We'd like to stay away from the bathrooms, have trees for shade and hammocks and be as secluded as possible.

Probably sites 13-15. We stayed in 24 and it wasn't too bad.
I would think so. I know it branches into a river that we saw kayakers on but the lake was super smooth and I would see no reason not to. They even rent kayaks there.
