I’m afraid I’m not sure. There certainly is a big car parking area but it may have height restricted barriers. An alternative might be to park at the parking near St. Helen’s bay which is just down the road from Kilrane village (just past the St. Helen’s golf club).
It doesn't have a properly made up accessible path however it is a flat area. Hope that helps. It would depend on the wheelchair's ability to cope with slightly uneven ground.
