Took my dinosaur mad 7 year old in for a couple of hours and he absolutely loved it. We also explored the beautiful gardens and Abbey ruins too. A highlight of our visit to York.Full review by DigbyWilde

it takes up one side of the museum, with fossils and skeletons as well as other hands on stuff to do. It is worth seeing the rest of the museum while you are there too.
