TOPEKA, Kan. (KWCH) – The Kansas Corporation Commission approved a settlement agreement on Tuesday allowing Atmos Energy to raise residential rates by $1.03 per month for the average customer.
Atmos estimates that the requested rate increase will cause residential customers’ natural gas bills to rise by around $5.60 per month on average. That’s a bump of 6.4%.
