Volusia and Lake counties have a freeze warning that lasts until 9 a.m. for temperatures at 30-32 degrees, according to NWS Melbourne.

An additional push of cold air is moving into Central Florida tonight, bringing the coldest temperatures of the season.

Central Florida will see another cool overnight, but not as brisk as Thursday morning. Warmer weather quickly returns for Friday. Clouds will increase as the day progresses, and highs will be in the low 70s. Our next storm system moves in early Saturday, producing scattered showers in the morning hours.

A cold front has brought plunging temperatures to Central Florida this week. The Orlando area had feels-like temps in the upper 20s and low 30s Tuesday morning. The cold is expected to continue for the next several days.

It will be clear and cold once again through the overnight hours. After a slight warming toward the end of the week, our next system arrives this weekend, bringing rain and cooler temperatures.
