The Kansas City Royals placed OF Jac Caglianone on the 10-day injured list and traded for Diamondbacks’ OF Randal Grichuk in a busy Saturday.

The Royals have acquired veteran outfielder Randal Grichuk from the Diamondbacks, a source told MLB.com's Steve Gilbert. The clubs have not confirmed the move.
