An exclusive source tells PEOPLE Bill Belichick's ex-girlfriend Linda Holliday is 'established' in the Nantucket social scene and that residents 'don't want anything to do' with Jordon Hudson.

Paula Maloney, a realtor at William Ravels on Main Street, said the Belichick-Hudson coverage “absolutely will not affect rentals, sales or an uptick in visitors. Vacationing folks are not preoccupied with Belichick’s love life to be honest.”

TMZ unearthed an incident report Tuesday from the Dreamland “Stroll Party” that took place in Massachusetts last Dec. 6, which stated Holliday told a staffer that “she was upset by the presence of Jordon Hudson,” and asked that she be removed.
