This isn't the first time the athletic wear company has levied an accusation against a retailer selling supposed Lululemon dupes.

A Lululemon Scuba hoodie costs $118. A Danskin Half-Zip Pullover purchased from Costco will set you back about $8. In a lawsuit, Lululemon Athletica alleged that the Danskin pullover and other products sold at Costco are illegal knockoffs of Lululemon’s premium activewear.

Lululemon is accusing Costco of stealing from its "path-breaking" brand by selling dupes of its sweatshirts, jackets and pants.
