In a federal lawsuit, Oreo maker Mondelez alleged that Aldi’s packaging is “likely to deceive and confuse customers” and threatens to irreparably harm Mondelez brands.

Mondelez International, a corporate giant behind the name-brand versions of many snacks, contends that Aldi is mimicking its packaging to dupe customers.
