Lloyd L. Banks III, Chair of the FFHDC highlighted No Kings Day is a collective reminder that democracy must never be taken for granted. “In a time when authoritarianism threatens the very fabric of our republic, we gather to affirm that power belongs to the people not to any one person or party,” Banks III said.
The DFL party invites the public to attend the NO KINGS Day of Defiance peaceful protest rally noon-1:30 p.m. Saturday, June 14 at 20700 Chippendale Ave., in Farmington.
