Who's up for a late-night rocket launch? Weather permitting, a SpaceX rocket should be visible from the Space Coast around 1:30 a.m. on July 2.

SpaceX launched the EUMETSAT MTG-S1 weather satellite for the European Space Agency just as storms rolled into the Space Coast. The liftoff was right on time, bolting off the launch pad at 5:04 p.m. July 1 from Kennedy Space Center Pad 39A.
