The Seattle Seahawks filled several needs during the 2025 NFL draft, beginning with the addition of North Dakota State’s Grey Zabel. He fills a huge hole at guard, which should help Sam Darnold feel more comfortable in the pocket.

The Seahawks are armed with 10 picks in the 2025 NFL draft after all their wheeling-and-dealing this offseason. Of those, six fall into the first four rounds, giving Seattle a chance to continue reshaping their roster. They acquired Picks 52 and 223 from Pittsburgh in exchange for Metcalf, while Pick 92 came from the Raiders in the Smith deal.
