The National Weather Service has issued winter storm warnings, winter storm advisories and "hazardous weather outlooks" that affect much of Pennsylvania.

Light snow will arrive Thursday afternoon into the evening in southeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey, according to area forecasters. The National Weather Service is predicting less than an inch of snow but does acknowledge the possibility of 1-2 inches of accumulation in some areas.

WEATHER Thursday will bring us the coldest morning of the week as lows dip into the low and mid teens. Sun will be present during the morning, but clouds will gradually build through the day. The biggest change in the day will be lighter wind,
