The Flipkart-backed public issue raised ₹501.33 crore from investors in its anchor round, according to the company’s BSE filing on Tuesday. IPO to open for public bidding on Wednesday, November 13.

The initial public offering of Zinka Logistics Solutions Ltd., the parent of digital trucking solutions platform Blackbuck, has been subscribed 30% on its second day on Thursday. The offer was booked 24% on its first day of bidding.

Zinka Logistics' IPO has been subscribed 27% so far, driven by retail investors. Analysts recommend subscribing due to BlackBuck's strong market position and growth potential.

On the first day of issue, Zinka Logistics Solution IPO was booked 24 per cent by the end of the session, while the portion for retail investors was booked 51 per cent.

Axis Capital Ltd., Morgan Stanley India Co., JM Financial Ltd. and IIFL Securities Ltd. are the book running lead managers of the BlackBuck IPO, while KFin Technologies Ltd. is the registrar for the issue. Market value at the upper end of price band: Rs 4,818 crore.

On Thursday, the second day of bidding, Zinka Logistics Solutions Ltd.'s IPO has already received 30 per cent subscriptions. According to data on the NSE website, 66,90,060 shares were bid on during the IPO,
