On Friday, the Seoul Central District Court ruled in favor of Ador and upheld an injunction against NewJeans from performing independent performances or solo commercial activities. Ador stated the contract was valid until July 2029. Despite the ruling, the group stated they “weren’t going to give up” and “vowed to keep going.”
