The AirPods 4 are suitable for longer hours of usage, as Apple claims they come with the “most comfortable design yet," thanks to their lighter weight. They have a similar design to the AirPods 3 come with short stems and still don’t come with silicone ear tips, leaving fit up to individual ear shapes.

Starting at $129, the fourth-generation AirPods feature the same open design as their predecessor, but they have a refined new look and are powered by Apple's H2 chip. The higher-end model has ANC for $179.

From the outside, you won’t spot any drastic changes from the AirPods 3. Apple has continued to tweak the shape and contours of the earbuds for the best possible fit, and the charging case is now smaller than ever. (And yes, it’s got a USB-C connector this time.) But these still look the part of AirPods — and they still only come in white.
