Rapid City man pleads not guilty to first-degree murder and arson charges
RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - Brent Kertzman, 64, of Rapid City was arraigned in circuit court Thursday on first-degree murder and first-degree arson charges. Kertzman pleaded not guilty to both charges.
