Katie Lou Samuelson only got to play with Caitlin Clark for one season, as the Fever are buying out her contract.

The move follows a series of transactions that bolstered an Indiana team coming off a first-round WNBA playoff exit in Clark's rookie season. The team re-signed franchise player Kelsey Mitchell, traded for Sophie Cunningham and signed veteran free agent Natasha Howard.
