On the Monday before reporting, Class 50 locomotive 50021 - which was built more than half a century ago - departed Eastleigh, near Southampton, for the approximately 250-mile journey to Keighley.

Class 45 trains were built between 1960 and 1962, being used until 1986 when they virtually disappeared from use.
