A video has surfaced of a quad-turbo V12 being developed in the area known as Motor Valley - an area that includes the home of the great Italian brands, including Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Maserati.
Zenvo Automotive is making a new hypercar with what it says is the most powerful (and cleanest) V12 engine in history.
