A Chehalis woman is suing Delta Airlines after a coffee spill on board a flight from Paris allegedly left her with first- and second-degree burns. The suit, filed Thursday in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington,

The flight attendants were “dismissive and displayed a lack of concern for” the Washington woman, the lawsuit says.

Court documents state that when the woman asked for medical attention, flight attendants were dismissive and told her to “just go change” before handing her a bag of ice.
