A Trump-appointed appellate court judge broke with his colleagues in a California gun case by posting a "dissent video" to YouTube of him manipulating firearms in his judicial chambers.

An appeals court ruled Thursday that California’s law banning gun magazines that hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition can remain in place, a decision that prompted one judge to record an unusual video dissent that shows him loading guns in his chambers.

Judge Lawrence VanDyke released the video after a California appeals court upheld a ban on high-capacity gun magazines.
