VESPER – The library in Vesper announced the winner of its logo design contest. Nine-year-old Hailey Reshel designed what will be Lester Public Library of Vesper’s new logo.
Author Jorge Tetl Argueta will open the Library of Dreams, a place where children can dream and learn about their culture in a multilingual environment. IE 11 is not supported.
Her winning logo wasn’t her first try: an original design for the logo contest would’ve played off of the library’s architecture, but didn’t make it past a first draft.
The new wing is filled with engaging toys and activities for children to interact with, like a climbing wall, an aquarium, and an imaginary play station. Kids were excited to play in this new space.
