The Mountain View Police Department say a 10-year-old stabbing suspect was detained on Wednesday after a student was stabbed at an elementary school.

A minor with a knife injured a student who was participating in an after-school program at Bubb Elementary School in Mountain View on Wednesday afternoon.

The former Kohl’s building in Mountain View has been transformed into a temporary robotics and STEM hub for local students.
