Maine native Mackenzie Holmes signs with WNBA's Seattle Storm
Gorham native Mackenzie Holmes has officially signed her first WNBA contract. Holmes was drafted by the Seattle Storm in the 2024 WNBA Draft, but she missed all of last season with a knee injury. The team announced the contract signing late Wednesday night.
"Seattle, I’m back! This city, this team, and this fanbase mean so much to me, and I couldn’t be more excited to keep building with the Storm," Williams said.
