Two men who escaped Delaney Hall during a reported riot or uprising over lack of food and other conditions are back in custody,

Two of the four detainees who escaped an immigration detention center in New Jersey are back in police custody, FBI Newark announced. According to authorities, Joel Enrique Sandoval-Lopez and Joan Sebastian Castaneda-Lozada have been found and arrested.

Four detainees escaped when tensions boiled over at the ICE facility​ known as Delaney Hall in Newark, the Department of Homeland Security said.
