The Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe announced on Tuesday that the tribe’s executive committee voted to lift its banishment of Governor Kristi Noem. The tribe’s president, Anthony Reider, said on Tuesday that the resolution comes after Noem apologized for her comments made regarding tribal members and the education of children deemed offensive.
