Disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein has been found guilty of sexual assault in a retrial after his 2020 conviction was overturned. The judge also declared a mistrial on another charge.

Harvey Weinstein’s sexual assault retrial on a rape charge ended in a mistrial Thursday after the jury foreperson refused to return to the jury room because of threats from other jurors, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Juror dysfunction marred the last stretch of deliberations on a third-degree rape charge against the former producer.
