President Donald Trump targeted Minnesota Democrats on over ICE operations, alleging they are distracting from state fraud issues and investigations.

The Minnesota governor has faced scrutiny and criticism over a series of fraud cases in the state's welfare programs.

Walz also urged residents to protest “loudly, urgently, but also peacefully,” and to document federal activity.

Walz, who was the Democratic nominee for vice president on Kamala Harris' 2024 campaign, has come under fire for his handling of allegations of large-scale fraud in Minnesota's social service programs.
