Early results showed Larry Pemberton Jr. assured of election to the 139th House District of Ledyard, Montville and Norwich.

Candidates include Democrat Larry Pemberton and Republican Brandon Sabbag, plus write-in candidate Mark Adams, who ran for the House seat in the past.

Democrat Larry Pemberton Jr. has won Connecticut’s special election in the 139th General Assembly district, according to the Connecticut Democratic Party and unofficial numbers from the Secretary of the State.
