Two plane crashes occured on Tuesday in Louisiana, with all passengers left dead after the impacts. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has conducted investigations on both crashes, identifying the deceased and the aircrafts' registration.

“I just happened to be looking in the right place at the right time and saw the wreckage,” he said. “You know, your heart just sinks because you can you see how bad the wreckage was.”

With the government shutdown, National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) investigators will not be traveling to the scene.
