A North Carolina man, who says he is 'blind,' has been charged with murder after he called 911 to report three deaths.

The Bladen County Sheriff's Office released the 911 tape from March 17 that revealed the 22-minute phone call from ... had been shot, the man replied, "I don't know, I'm blind.
