Today HP announced its latest Chromebook model update, this time with a budget focus. The Chromebook 11 G5 will, most notably, run Android apps and will cost just $189.

The Chromebook 11 G6 Education Edition and 14 G5 share a similar design and jump to 7th generation Intel Celeron chipsets and add USB-C ports. Both Chrome OS laptops are iterations on existing models.

The HP Chromebook 11 G5 sports, as you might expect, an 11.6-inch screen. The Anti-glare screen is of the IPS type, offers 1366 x 768 pixels, and is coated with Gorilla Glass.
