Washington Prime Group — the owner of The Mall at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek and dozens of other malls and shopping centers across the country — will soon list the Dayton-area mall for sale.

The new 160-room hotel on the south side of the Fairfield Commons mall in Beavercreek will be split between Fairfield Inn & Suites and Towneplace Suites.
