The Florida state House passed a bill repealing gun control legislation which was written following the Parkland mass shooting.

We are learning more about the two people who were killed in Thursday's mass shooting on the campus of Florida State University. NBC News’ Priya Sridhar spoke to a friend of one of the victims.

Students and staff were back on campus Monday to resume classes with only one week before finals. Many students expressed concerns and confusion about the university’s decision to resume classes. Students like FSU freshman Madalyn Propst said no one wants to go back to an active crime scene and have to worry about taking a test.
