A new health-food spot is open for business in Guilderland. Bowled Co., known for customizable bowls, smoothies, and wraps, is now open at Crossgates Mall.

The two-level mall, at MacArthur Road and Route 22 in Whitehall Township, is set to welcome four businesses in the coming months.
