The Gettys building in downtown Rock Hill is home to several artist studios. But the city has put the building up for sale, leaving their future in jeopardy.

The city of Rock Hill says they’re selling the building because the $3-million maintenance cost is too high. Lego is the world's largest toy company but it's gained a reputation for being an expensive hobby.
