Twenty-three cats and kittens were found left behind in a White Plains apartment, the SPCA Westchester said. The SPCA said its team has never encountered that many animals on starvation’s brink.

"He truly does do it for them because look how fast he runs back, that poor baby does not want to be out in the cold," one user commented.
