Gov. Maura Healey ordered a full inspection of all state-run shelter units and a “full review” of the intake process to determine if additional steps can be added to prevent criminal activity

"It's outrageous that this individual took advantage of our shelter system to engage in criminal activity," Healey said in a press statement on Monday.
