Parking will be restricted until April on some blocks in the Highland Park and Payne-Phalen neighborhoods in a pilot program starting soon.

For two months, drivers in St. Paul’s Highland Park and Payne-Phalen neighborhoods will be allowed to park on one side of the street only and expected to switch sides weekly. The weekly, alternate side parking restrictions will run from Feb.

The City of St. Paul announced special winter parking rules for select neighborhoods as part of its new snow operations pilot. One-sided parking will take place on designated blocks of the Highland Park and Payne Phalen neighborhoods from Feb.
