PlayStation has announced a new State of Play livestream event that will feature news and updates on upcoming PlayStation 5 games.

Sony has announced it will hold a summer State of Play presentation on Wednesday, June 4th, making this first week of June an all-timer for the video game industry. Not only do we have the Switch 2 launching this week, but all the video game showcases are dropping at once, because while E3 is a thing of the past, we still need an excuse to party.

The company has announced its annual June PlayStation State of Play presentation, set to take place tomorrow. Sony says the livestream will last for about 40 minutes, and will feature "news and updates on must-play games coming to PS5.
