The Oconto County Sheriff’s Office released the name of a UTV operator who died in a crash Sunday afternoon. Thomas Slatky, 49, was from Lena. The sheriff’s office reported Slatky’s UTV went off the road and overturned in a ditch along Goatsville Rd.

Deputies with the Oconto County Sheriff’s Office have provided an update on the deadly UTV crash in the Town of Lena on Sunday, including the identity of the victim. According to the Oconto County Sheriff’s Office,

Just before 3 p.m. Sunday, crews were called to a UTV crash with injuries on Goatsville Road, east of Midway Road in the town of Lena.

Deputies say a 49-year-old Lena man driving the UTV left the road, overturned in the ditch, and was ejected from the vehicle.

OCONTO - A 49-year-old man is dead following a UTV crash in the town of Lena, according to the Oconto County Sheriff's Office Deputies were dispatched at around 2:50 p.m. Sunday, where they found a damaged UTV east of Midway Road in a ditch on the north side of Goatsville Road.
