Traffic on the Massachusetts Turnpike westbound was backed up after a box truck crash near the Interstate 495 interchange. The highway was blocked for about two hours. The left lane opened about 4 p.m. The crash, just east of the interchange, occurred about 2 p.m. Thursday.
