Effective Friday, march 31 at 11:59pm, snowmobile and ATV/UTV trails in Bayfield County will close for a few weeks. Trails will reopen when the ground dries out, usually sometime in early May.

The Bayfield County Sheriff's Office reported Saturday that the crash was reported at about 3 p.m. Friday on a snowmobile trail in the town of Bell, about two miles south of Cornucopia.
