CINCINNATI — PFF's Dalton Wasserman dropped one free agent that each NFL team needs to keep this offseason and Tee Higgins took the Bengals' top spot. Higgins is coming off a strong campaign with 73 catches for 911 yards and 10 touchdowns (career-high) playing on the franchise tag.

Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins was ranked as the NFL's top free agent in a list released by USA Today on Wednesday.

The Bengals may want to try to keep Tee Higgins along with extending Ja’Marr Chase with a lucrative contract, but Higgins might end up being too expensive. Burden can be a strong cheap contingency to play well off Chase as an immediate impact No. 2.

The Bengals face plenty of big questions this offseason, but Tee Higgins' future may be at the top of that list.
